Welcome to Radiate Mastermind, a four part class for women seeking momentum and joy. In each class we fire up a discussion to explore your truest self in a safe, encouraging atmosphere and offer a self-reflective exercise for harnessing inner wisdom. If you’re ready to hear and be heard by an awesome group of women, recharge your battery pack, and break all glass ceilings, then this is your time to RADIATE.

Join the NYC Food Bloggers Meet-up! My good friend Claire Matern, the talented cook and stylist behind A Cheese Mongers Daughter, and I are bringing together all the food bloggers in the NYC area. We gather to learn, connect and share around all things food and blogging.
Monthly events include workshops like: photography techniques, online marketing, recipe testing, or food styling tricks and events like: prop shopping trips, potluck picnics, local farm-to-table dinners and restaurant kitchen tours.
Together we share our passion for food. If you’re a Food Blogger, an aspiring Food Blogger or just can’t resist snapping photos of your food, then join us!
I am partnering with Bikram Yoga Park Slope on a day-long retreat of hot yoga and all the ways to support a prosperous practice.
We’re bringing together the most incredible teachers and wellness educators including BYPS master instructors Robbin Farrell and Rebecca Causey, BYPS owner Jessica Senecal, and Trudy Miller – a transformative body image expert.
And I am cooking up all the delicious food for a nutrient-rich lunch.
